What is Nordic Walking?

Nordic Walking is a safe, natural, and effective physical activity that can be practiced in hiking environments. It is a natural walk to which the functional use of two Nordic walking poles is added, which, with the help of a special "gauntlet" strap, help to propel the body forward.

This alternating or parallel pushing motion involves up to 90% of the body's musculature, turning a simple walk into a physical and mental coordination workout, suitable for everyone at any age. It improves endurance, strength, and coordination.
